Description

Highfield House Stables Block A is an early 19th-century building featuring a symmetrical design with a projecting center section and slightly lower wings. The structure has hipped slate roofing and is constructed of red brick laid in Flemish bond, with rubbed round arches and a plinth. Each wing includes a half-round high-level window on either side of a central entrance. The center section has been modified to include a double garage entrance on the west side and a plain wall on the east side. The windows are square-paned casements, and the doors have solid frames, leading to the original interior.
