Description

Old Wharf House is a 17th-century building with early 19th-century additions, situated on Hook Road in Greywell. It is a timber-framed structure extended to the south, with a single-storey utility extension on the north end, creating a long building. The roof is tiled, with two dormers and a gable, and includes a shafted stack. The walls are a combination of painted brick and rendered surfaces, with the upper portion of the original unit and the north gable being timber-framed. The building has a high plinth and leaded casement windows. A rustic modern porch has been added. The south gable features three windows above a bay dating from around 1900.
