Description

SU 7151 GREYWELL GREYWELL STREET 15/11 The Old Vicarage 8.7.52 GV II Early C19. Symmetrical facade of 2 storeys, 1:3:1 windows with central blank. Slate roof, with hips to slightly-recessed wings. Stucco walling, the centre has a parapet with coping stone and moulded band, a thin band at 1st floor cill level and a deeper moulded band linking the ground floor openings. Plinth. 1st floor windows are sashes (with narrow side panes) in reveals. The ½ octagon porch is now a window and on either side are projecting flat bays containing French windows. The north side wing has a doorcase with moulded cornice, pulvin- ated frieze, architrave and 6-panelled door, and an arched opening to passageway.
