Description

Meadow House, located on Meadow Walk in Greywell, is a late 18th-century building featuring two storeys and an attic with four windows. It has a red tile roof and brick dentil eaves, along with two small gabled dormers that have old leaded lights. The walls are made of red brick in Flemish bond, with a first-floor band that includes a blue header pattern. The ground-floor openings are cambered, and there is a cement plinth. The windows are early Victorian sashes with vertical bars set in exposed frames. The solid door frame is topped with a thin fanlight consisting of four panes and is supported by a canopy on brackets. To the south, there is a single-storeyed outbuilding that features a panelled brick gable facing the road, while its long elevation is part brick and part boarded.
