Description
The former barn located to the south of No 69 (Great Brook) in Warsash dates from around the 18th century. It features weatherboarding above a tall plinth made of red brick with some grey headers. The barn has a half-hipped thatched roof and includes double opposite doors, with the north-facing wagon entrance also having a hipped thatched roof supported by brackets. The structure comprises approximately seven bays and has modern wooden vents in its facade and doors. The south or rear side is aisled, and it has a queen post roof. No 69 (Great Brook), along with the two former barns, the outbuilding attached to the northwest end of the south barn, and the granary with the outbuilding to the north, form a group.
