Description
This former barn, dating from the 18th century, is located to the northeast of No 69 (Great Brook) in Warsash. It is constructed of red brick with some grey headers and features a plinth. The barn is aisled and has a half-hipped thatched roof that extends low over the aisles. There are double doors on the south side, leading to a hipped thatched wagon entrance. The structure comprises approximately five bays and has three modern glazed casement windows with glazing bars inserted into the road-facing facade. Inside, there are tie beams, queen posts, and collars, along with a modern floor that has been added. No 69 (Great Brook) and the two former barns, along with the outbuilding attached to the northwest end of the south barn and the granary with its outbuilding to the north, form a cohesive group.
