This is a 17th or earlier century farmhouse located on Swanwick Lane. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and a brick plinth, and features a prominent stringcourse. The roof is tiled, with a half-hipped design. The building is one and a half storeys high and has five windows, although the easternmost bay window appears to be an addition.
