Description

Bay Tree Cottages, located on Swanwick Shore Road in Lower Swanwick, are 18th century to early 19th century terraced cottages. They are constructed of red brick, featuring some geometric designs in grey headers, and have a brick eaves cornice. The cottages have an old tiled roof and are two storeys high. Each cottage has three windows, which are early 19th century casements with glazing bars, though some have modern glazing. The ground floor includes a garage door and a house door. These cottages are part of a group that includes The Hard, Victory Cottages (Nos 1 to 6 consecutively), and the building adjacent to No 1.
