This is an 18th-century timber-framed building located adjacent to number 1 Victory Cottages on Swanwick Shore Road, Lower Swanwick. The building is weatherboarded and has an old tiled hipped roof. The north side features a 19th-century shop window with glazing bars and a large double door. It forms a group with the Hard Bay Tree Cottages (numbers 1 and 2), Victory Cottages (numbers 1 to 6), and the adjacent building.
