Description

This is an early 19th-century building on the north side of High Street, Botley. It is a two-story building with a wide front, originally featuring three windows, but now displaying two. The roof is tiled, red in colour, and the gable ends show low eaves at the rear. The front wall is rendered, with a plain eaves band and projecting quoins that attach to a plinth. The windows have architraves, with a cambered top to the ground floor windows and cills resting on brackets to those on the first floor. They are sash windows. A brick Gothic porch features a stone coping to the gable and a steep roof, including a central window with a keystone to its cambered arch.
