Description

Wick Hill Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century and 18th century, with a restoration in the 20th century. The timber frame is exposed on two-thirds of the front (north side) and in the north gable, with brick nogging. The other walls are made of malmstone, featuring brick quoins and a plinth. The roof is plain thatched with a catslide at the rear, which is mostly tiled, and has eyebrow dormers. The front (east) elevation has one storey and an attic, with five above six windows, all of which are casements. The doorway is plain.
