Description

No 10 on High Street is a mid-18th century building that stands two storeys high and is three bays wide. The exterior is finished in stucco. On the ground floor, there is a four-panel door with a moulded surround, topped by a panelled and moulded hood supported by iron brackets, along with two flush sash windows. The first floor features three sash windows and is adorned with a moulded cornice. The building is capped with a parapet. No 10 is part of a group that includes The Crown Hotel and Nos 4 to 10 (even), along with No 1 on the opposite side of the street.
