Description

Nos 1 and 2 are a pair of buildings dating from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries. They are one storey with an attic, and feature a cross wing that is two storeys high. The buildings have a half-hipped tile roof and three hipped dormers. At the north end, there is a shafted stack and a tapered stack. The walls are made of red brick, with some exposed timber framing and cambered openings on the ground floor. The windows are casements, with some old leaded lights, and there are boarded doors set in solid frames.
