Description

This is an 18th-century barn located 30 yards north-east of the Tadley Place Farmhouse. It features a timber frame with five bays and aisles, supported by a Queen post truss. The roof is hipped and thatched, with a tiled gutter along the valley created by the projecting central porch, which has struts extending to the eaves. The barn has boarded walling set on a brick base. It has been modernised and is now used as a large recreation room.
