SU 54 SE DUMMER WITH KEMPSHOTT 18/3 26.4.57 Dummer Grange Flat (formerly listed as Dummer Grange Outbuildings)

1806, early C20. A 2-storeyed L-shaped block with a single-storeyed modern extension and an altered south facade. Massive hipped tile roof. The walling is flintwork with red brick banding and quoins, first-floor projecting band, cambered ground-floor openings; the south face has an arcade of 3 arches (C20) with stone impost bands. Casements. Two solid door-frames. There is a modern cross-shaped single-storeyed extension on the north side. Once a stable and barn (with a dated beam), now a dwelling.
