Description

Foundry House is a building dating from 1772, featuring two storeys and three windows. It has a red tile roof that is half-hipped on the south side and brick dentil eaves. The walls are made of red brick, with flush panels of blue headers above the ground-floor cill level and cambered openings. There is a brickwork band of dentils above the doorway. The windows are casements, and the entrance consists of a six-panelled door, two of which are glazed, set in a solid frame with a flat canopy above. The house also includes a dated panel.
