Description
Embrook House is an early 18th-century building with a symmetrical front facing east. It stands two stories tall and features two windows. The steep hipped tile roof has moulded brick eaves. The brickwork consists of brindle headers with red brick detailing, including side pilasters topped with moulded Tuscan caps. The architraves have cambered openings with moulded tops, and the central jambs extend up to the eaves. There is a plinth with a moulding that forms the base of the pilasters. The windows are sashes in exposed frames. The entrance features a six-panelled door, two of which are glazed, set within a solid frame that has a cambered head, and there is a simple classical open porch added recently. The plain front wall of the south side has a later outshot with a stepped half-gable.
