Description

Pond View is a late 18th-century building that has one storey and an attic. It features a thatched roof that is half-hipped with a catslide on the south-west side. The walls are made of red brick in Monk bond, with some English bond, and the ground floor openings have cambered headers. The windows are modern casements, and there is a boarded door set in a solid frame, which is sheltered by a small gabled and tiled open porch.
