Description
Deane Down Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building that has one storey and an attic. It features a thatched roof with eyebrow dormers and is half-hipped at the front. There is a single-storey wing on the west side that has a tiled roof. The front wall is made of flint with brick quoins and bands, while the rear part and wing are constructed of brickwork. The windows are Victorian casements. There is a small open porch with a gabled tile roof, and a modern thatched porch is located at the side.
