Description

Ashford Hill Farmhouse is a 18th and 19th century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. It has a half-hipped thatched roof and exposed framing in the gables, along with a large central chimney stack. The walls are made of painted brick, with a band at the first floor level and a stepped plinth. The windows include Tudor metal casements set in frames that project on brackets, as well as one plain casement. The farmhouse also has a Gothic porch made of painted brickwork, which features a pointed arch, impost and plinth blocks, enclosing a boarded door that is also within a pointed arch.
