Description

25 Newbury Road is an early 19th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. It has a steep slate roof that is half-hipped at the south end, with tiling above the rear extension. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond, incorporating blue headers and a blue flush band at the first floor. The ground-floor openings are cambered and have two-coloured heads. The windows are sash style in exposed frames. Above the entrance, there is a moulded canopy over a solid frame, which supports a plain fanlight, and the door is later panelled.
