Description

The barn at New Farm, located 30 yards to the east of the site of the former New Farm House, dates from the 17th century and may have had an added aisle. It features evidence of internal partitions, alterations, and some re-used timber. The structure is a four-bay timber-framed barn that is weather-boarded, with an aisle on the east side. It includes cambered windbraces and a queen strut roof.
