Description
Garden Cottage at Weston Patrick Village Hall is a cottage built around the 1860s. It is constructed from flint with red brick dressings and features a clay plain tile roof with gabled ends. The building has red brick lateral stacks topped with yellow clay pots. The layout is T-shaped, with a single-storey kitchen range on the right (east) and a two-storey parlour cross-wing on the left (west).
The exterior includes a two-storey gable-ended cross-wing on the left and a single-storey, two-window range on the right. It has two and three-light diamond lattice pane casements. An open porch with a lean-to tile roof is positioned in the angle to the left of centre, featuring a ledged door with an iron drop handle. The interior has not been inspected.
