Cottage. Circa 1860s. Flint with red brick dressings. Clay plain tile roof with gabled ends. Red brick lateral stacks with yellow clay pots. PLAN: T-shaped on plan. Single-storey kitchen range on right [E] and 2-storey parlour cross-wing on left [W]. EXTEPIOR: 2 storey gable-ended cross-wing on left and single-storey 2-window range on right. 2 and 3-light diamond lattice pane casements. Open porch with lean-to tile roof in angle to left of centre and ledged door with iron drop handle. INTERIOR not inspected.
