Description

Park Pitham Cottage is a building from the 17th and 18th centuries, featuring two storeys and an attic with three windows. It has a half-hipped tile roof, a catslide at part of the rear, and one small gabled dormer, along with a central stack. The first floor showcases brick-nogged timber-framing from the later period, while the ground floor is constructed of red brick in English bond, complete with a plinth. The first-floor windows are sash style, while the ground floor features mullioned and transomed leaded lights. There are two 19th-century open porches, each with gabled tile roofs and boarded doors.
