Description

The property comprises three dwellings, Lower Pitham Cottage, Lower Pitham Place, and Lower Pitham House, dating to the 17th, 18th, and modern periods. It is a two-storeyed, L-shaped block, now considerably modernised, with an irregular arrangement of windows. The roof is tiled and half-hipped. The building exhibits an exposed timber frame with red brick infill, alongside painted brick walling. It features casement windows and modern porches designed in a traditional style. A portion of the property is situated within the District of Hart and listed under the Civil Parish of Heckfield.
