Description

Owls Roost is a timber-framed house dating from the 17th, 18th, and 20th centuries. It has three bays and is two storeys high with three windows. The modern tile roof complements the front (south) wall, which features painted brickwork in English bond and cambered openings, one of which has been widened. There is a plinth and casement windows. A modern brick porch with two unequal gables is also present. At the rear, the original framing is exposed with rendered infilling, and most of the ground floor consists of a later outshot.
