Description

Wolverton Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building with a symmetrical three-window front. It is situated on Townsend Road, Baughurst. The house has a tile roof and red brick walling incorporating a Flemish bond with cambered ground-floor openings, which are wider than those above. The windows are sash windows in reveals, with three lights to the ground floor. A half-glazed French door serves as a subsidiary entrance. Brick flanking forecourt walls include doors topped with recumbent lion figures. A double-range extends to the rear, with hipped roofing and blue brick headers. A single-storey utility range is attached to the north side.
