Description
Pondstile is a 17th century timber-framed house featuring three bays and two storeys. It has old tile roofs and was refronted in 18th century brick. The windows are casements, and there is a modern porch on the right-hand bay. The timber framing is exposed on the rear elevation and the south gable. To the north, there is a late 17th century timber-framed extension with one bay and one and a half storeys, which includes a dormer and exposed framing on the upper storey. There is a stack located between the left-hand bays with a lobby entry that has been converted to windows. Additionally, there is a large 18th century stack at the south end and a late 10th century one bay, two storey extension.
