Description

Siege Cottage is a building dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The cottage has a steep old tile roof that is half-hipped. The timber frame is visible on the north gable and on the first floor of most of the east front, with red brick nogging and other walling in a mixed bond, and a cement plinth. The windows are casements. Number 37 has a boarded door set in a solid frame, while the former doorway of number 39 has been filled in and now features a modern door on the side.
