Description
Park House Farmhouse, dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, is a two-storey building with an attic. It features a symmetrical arrangement of windows, with one window on the ground floor, one on the first floor, and one in the attic. The roof is covered with old tiles. The south front has a central staircase block that projects out and is octagonal in shape, topped with a square hipped roof. The building is constructed of red brick in English bond, with a first-floor band, cambered openings on the ground floor, and a plinth. The windows are old square-leaded casements. There is a small door on the west side of the staircase block, which is sheltered by a trellis porch. The other sides of the building have a similar design, and both the east and west ends feature large projecting chimneys with crowstep detailing. Additionally, on the west side, there is an 18th-century outshot at ground level, which has a low-pitched roof.
