Description
Garden Cottage at Hoddington Farm is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. It features a symmetrical front with three windows and an old tile roof that is half-hipped at the ends, along with a catslide at the rear. The walls are made of red brick laid in Flemish bond, with the front colour-washed. There are bands at the second floor in the gables and at the first floor, as well as cambered openings on the ground floor and a plinth. The windows are casements. The doorway has a solid frame that includes a two-light fanlight, a plain flat canopy, and a four-panelled door. To the east side, there is a later addition of a one-storeyed wing made of tile and brickwork.
