Description

April Cottage is a 17th-century building featuring one storey and an attic with irregular window arrangements. It has a thatched roof that is hipped at the west end and includes eyebrow dormers. The north side of the cottage displays an exposed timber frame with painted brick infill, while the south side is constructed of painted brickwork with cambered openings on the ground floor and a central thatched porch. The windows are casements.
