Description
The building at Peter Nash, Wallpaper and Paints, and the Old Bakery, on Wadhurst High Street, likely began as a 17th-century structure which was refaced and extended to the south during the early 19th century. It is two storeys high and has four window bays. The ground floor is painted brick, while the upper floor is faced with weather-boarding, with the westernmost bay tile-hung and painted. The roof is tiled, with a slate edging. Casement windows are present, along with modern shop fronts.
