Description
This is a two-storey and attic building dating from the 18th century or earlier, located on the west side of High Street in Rotherfield. It contains nine windows and three dormers. The ground floor is painted brick, while the upper floors are faced with weather-boarding. The roof is tiled. Most windows are sash windows, although some glazing bars are missing; one window is a casement. Numbers 2 and 5 have shop fronts dating from the early 19th century, with number 5 featuring a curved shop front. Number 6 has a doorway with a flat hood and a more modern shop front.
