Description

Numbers 50 (Wellington Cottage), 52, 54, and 56 form a range of buildings dating back to the 15th century. The original structure is timber-framed; however, the facade was largely refaced in the 18th century. The ground floor is clad in painted brick, while the upper floors are weather-boarded. The roof is tiled. Casement windows are a feature of the design. The ground floor of number 56 has been extended to form a shop. The building is two storeys high and has a symmetrical arrangement of seven windows.
