Description

Wadhurst Youth Centre, located on Lower High Street, is an L-shaped building that dates from the mid-19th century and was originally the village school, with this portion likely serving as the school master's house. The structure is two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, displaying a dipper pattern of grey headers, and is adorned with fishscale tiles. The roof is tiled, and the first floor of the west and south wings jetties out on brackets, with gable ends above. The windows are casement style with latticed panes.
