Description
St James Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the north side of St James's Square in Wadhurst. It is two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is stuccoed and adorned with fishscale tiles, while the roof is tiled. The cottage has casement windows and a doorway that is topped with a flat hood supported by brackets.
