Description

Sunnyside Walters is an 18th-century building located on Lower High Street in Wadhurst. It is two storeys high and features seven windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper part is tile-hung. The building has a tiled roof and includes a small bay window on the ground floor at the east end. Some of the glazing bars are missing, and there are two doorways, each with flat hoods.
