Description
The Cottage is a restored 15th-century timber-framed building located on the south side of Fletching Church Street. It features plaster infilling and has had its ground floor rebuilt in red brick. The building has gables at each end, with imitation timbering painted on them. A bay has been added between the gables on both floors, and there is a bracket below the eaves. The roof is steeply pitched and hipped, covered with tiles. The windows are casewent style, and there is a massive stone chimney breast on the west wall. The Cottage is two storeys high and has three windows.
