Description
King's Barn is a 15th-century timber-framed house that has been restored and enlarged. The first floor features close-studding with curved braces and plaster infilling, while the ground floor has been rebuilt in red brick. The south front is tile-hung, and the building has a Horsham slab roof. It includes casement windows, with an original wooden mullion window located in the gable end. The house has two storeys and three windows. A modern wing, designed to imitate timber framing, has been added to the north, along with a modern portion in the L-shaped angle.
