Description

St Mary's House and St Mary's Cottage are a roadside building of 1834, located on the west side of Fletching High Street. The building is two storeys and has an attic. It originally had four windows. The ground floor is constructed of red brick with grey headers. The upper floor is timber-framed, with plaster infilling in the centre portion and red brick infilling in the projecting window bays. The first-floor window bays overhang, supporting gables with scalloped bargeboards and attic windows. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement types. A doorway features a four-centred head.
