One building. C15 timber-framed building of Wealden type, of which the north end has been truncated. Ground floor rebuilt in red brick and grey headers. Above close-studded with plaster infilling. The recessed centre has a bracket in the centre and curved braces at each end. The north end has been demolished and replaced in red brick on ground floor only with a pentice roof. Tiled roof. Casement windows. One small bay on ground floor. Two storeys and attic. Three windows. One dormer.
