Description
Tram Hatch is a 15th to 16th century timber-framed building situated on a stone base. The ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper part is tile-hung. It features a hipped tiled roof with a pentice on part of the north front. The building has two storeys and attics, with casement windows. The original section includes two windows and one hipped dormer facing southwest, along with one window facing southeast. To the northwest, there is a modern addition that forms an 'L' shape, featuring one window facing northwest and another facing northeast. Inside, the building boasts an inglenook fireplace, arched braces, and a solar with chamfered beams.
