Description

Southfield is an 18th-century building consisting of two parallel ranges. It is two storeys high with attics and constructed of red brick on a ragstone base. The roof is hipped and tiled, featuring one dormer. The façade includes two brick pilasters and a brick modillion eaves cornice. There are three casement windows and a doorcase topped with a simple flat hood.
