Description

Payne Street is a timber-framed building dating from the 15th to 16th century that has been refaced. The southeast wall is made of stone rubble, while the northeast wall features red brick on the ground floor and is tile-hung above. The building has a hipped tiled roof and stands two storeys high. It includes three casement windows. Inside, there is a crown post roof and an inglenook fireplace.
