Description

Barton Cottage is a 15th-century timber-framed building, with substantial restoration and a mostly rebuilt ground floor in red brick. Part of the ground floor has been underbuilt. The north end of the east front and the south front retain an overhang on the first floor, supported by protruding floor joists and brackets. The roof is tiled. Two modern casement windows are present. A modern wing extends to the west.
