Description

Burton Cottage, part of the premises of W C Warren Butchers and the Ripe Stores and Post Office, is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building. The north wall features exposed timbering with red brick infilling, although it has been refronted with imitation timbering and brick, which is now painted. The building has a hipped tiled roof and contains casement windows. It is two storeys high with three windows.
