Description

Pear Tree Cottage is an 18th-century building situated on the north side of Church Street in Willington. It is a two-storey, two-window cottage constructed of red brick with grey headers. The roof is tiled. The first floor features casement windows, while the ground floor has sash windows with intact glazing bars. A modern porch has been added to the front, above which is a sundial. The cottage is built of stone rubble and has a tiled roof.
