The list decription should be amended to read:-

Farmhouse C17 core with C18 alterations and C19 kitchen and scullery extension to rear. Front range is C18 in appearance. Front elevation rendered over brickwork on brick plinth, gable ends tile hung. Half-hipped old tiled roof with central brick chimney stack of cruciform shape. 2 storeys and attics in gable end and part cellar. 3 windows roughly L shaped building of lobby entrance type basement windows, 2 of which are tripartite, the ground floor windows in original cambered architraves. Central doorcase with flat moulded weatherhood on brackets, 6 panelled double door, the top 2 panels glazed. Right side gable has attic window with leaded lights. Half - hipped gable to L wing. Attached to rear is an early C19 kitchen and wash house extension of brick with tiled post. 1 storey with 2 iron casements windows. Interior contains a staircase with turned banisters, some old plank doors and the diamond-shaped mortises for wooden mullions on the line of the original rear wall.
