Chick Hill Cottage is an 18th-century or earlier building that has been restored and enlarged. It is a two-storey structure with three windows, featuring three gables facing northwest. The ground floor is constructed of red brick, while the upper portion is tile-hung. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement types. A modern porch has been added, and a modern addition is present on the southeast side.
